Elaine Macaluso is a professional songwriter / lyricist, living and working in Los Angeles, California. She is passionate about music and works 7 days a week, putting in long hours on her projects. Projects include co-writes on pop songs, Rn'B pop, country pop, etc, as well songs/music for TV and film. When questioned about why she is asked to work on so many projects, Elaine's response was...
"Talent is a huge factor, but it is far more than that. It is about attitude. When your pouring your heart and soul into tracks, you have to have a great attitude."
She believes that in the music business you need to be collaborative with a hard working ethic which includes doing whatever it takes to get it right. Elaine feels that if she needs to rewrite one or all parts of a song, she will gladly do so until it is the best.
"We reckoned we could make it because there were four of us.
None at us would've made it alone, because Paul wasn't quite strong enough,
I didn't have enough girl-appeal, George was too quiet, and Ringo was the drummer.
But we thought that everyone would be able to dig at least one of us, and that's how it turned out."
